A few months ago I had my RV generator repaired at Genesis Automotive & RV Repair, and from the very beginning the staff was friendly, professional, and great to work with. After a few months, the generator started experiencing the same issue again, so I scheduled another appointment. The team was incredibly understanding and truly stood behind their work. They brought my RV in right away, got to work diagnosing the problem, resolved the issue, and thoroughly tested everything to make sure the repair was solid. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had taken care of everything by honoring their work. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks to the Genesis team, we’re back out enjoying our RV with the family. I highly recommend Genesis Automotive & RV Repair and will trust no one else with my RV maintenance and repairs.

I want to thank Genesis automotive and RV Repair for keeping my 1995 GMC Vandura on the road after a recent breakdown. While the van was being fixed, I was well informed, educated, and given timely information. Happily, now it is as good as new. Thank you to my Mechanic Winnie for going above and beyond and getting me back on the road. Among other things, I had a tricky little Antifreeze leak that was made extra hard to find because the van has both front and rear heaters. He stuck with it and persevered. The real reason I will always bring my vehicles and refer Genesis Auto and RV to anyone out there on the road and in need of sincere help when YOU REALLY need it, is the hands on ownership. Still to this day, Owner Brian Holthe is there every morning working. The shop is huge, but he still know what is exactly going on with each and every type of vehicle there from luxury coaches to flatbed trailers. The experience Brian brings is Priceless! You can’t find that anywhere else these days. Now that everything is running great I will be back for my routine maintenance when needed. Five Stars to Brian and his crew and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get things done right and without the runaround.

Took care of a water leak under warranty quickly. Definitely recommend them for RV service. They do a great job quickly.

The team did a great job identifying the leaks and fixing them. They also stood by their warranty on their work of the winterization from last year and gave me a break on some of the repair cost. In addition, they installed the starlink system on my reform.For me and ran a power switch so I can shut it off.When i'm not in the coach. Overall , a great experience and I would go back again for additional work when I need it.
