A few months ago I had my RV generator repaired at Genesis Automotive & RV Repair, and from the very beginning the staff was friendly, professional, and great to work with. After a few months, the generator started experiencing the same issue again, so I scheduled another appointment. The team was incredibly understanding and truly stood behind their work. They brought my RV in right away, got to work diagnosing the problem, resolved the issue, and thoroughly tested everything to make sure the repair was solid. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had taken care of everything by honoring their work. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks to the Genesis team, we’re back out enjoying our RV with the family. I highly recommend Genesis Automotive & RV Repair and will trust no one else with my RV maintenance and repairs.

They got me in right away ordered the part. I was able to use my RV that weekend and take it back the following week to get the part installed easy to work with.
